性激素替代疗法对卵巢切除鼠免疫力和生存能力的影响

摘　　要：去卵巢鼠经雌性激素替代治疗后其生存能力大大提高。１～１２月龄鼠经孕酮或孕酮配伍雌二醇治疗鼠无一死亡，其他组死亡率在１２．５％～２５％之间；１～１８月龄，孕酮治疗组无一死亡，其他组死亡率在１２．５％～４１％之间；１～２１月龄段，孕酮治疗组仍无一死亡，此时其他各组死亡率在２５％～６２．５％之间（Ｐ＜０．０５）。免疫学检查雌激素可提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化和腹腔吞噬能力（Ｐ＜０．０１）；另外，雌性激素还可降低鼠血胆固醇和甘油三酯水平（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Living ability and immunological competence of ovariectomized mice were improved by estrogen replacement therapy. During 1 to 12 months period, no death was observed in groups treated with progesterone or combined progesterone and estrodial. The death rate in other groups were 12.5%～25%. During 1 to 18 months period, still without death in the group treated with progesterone, but the death rates were 12.5%～41% in other groups; During 1 to 21 months period no death presented in the progesterone group, but the death rate reached 25%～62.5%(P<0 05) in other groups. Through immunoassay, it has been proved that estrodial can enhance the immunological competence in lymphocyte transformation and in phagocyte phagocytosis, and estrodial can decrease the levels of cholesterol and triglyceride too.
