摘 要:研究了不同生长激素种类、浓度处理对金露梅嫩枝扦插插穗生根的影响。结果表明,500 mg/kg的ABT处理的插穗生根率最高,500 mg/kg的NAA和1 000 mg/kg的IBA处理的发生不定根数量最多,1 000 mg/kg的NAA处理的不定根最长。综合分析发现,3种外源激素处理对金露梅插穗生根都有明显的影响,500-1 000mg/kg浓度范围对插穗生根起到良好的促进作用,而250 mg/kg和2 000 mg/kg效果较差。Taking Potentilla fruticosa L. as the material, an experiment was conducted to study the influence of different growth regulators and their concentrations on soft wood cuttage.The result indicated that,500 mg/kg ABT had the best effect on rooting rate.500 mg/kg NAA and 1 0130 mg/kg IBA had significant effects on number of roots. And 1 0130 mg/kg NAA treatment was the best one on length of roots. Synthetically, these three kinds of growth regulators produced remarkable influence on rooting process, and the concentrations between 500 - 1 000 mg/kg had remarkable effect but 250 mg/kg and 2 000 mg/kg had not.
