摘  要:对早实核桃辽宁1号和晚实核桃清香果实生长发育过程青皮和种仁中矿质元素含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明,青皮和种仁中的矿质元素以钾的含量最高,氮、磷和锌含量较低。随着果实生长发育,青皮和种仁中钾变化趋势不同,青皮和种仁中钾的含量明显高于其他矿质元素的含量;青皮中钾含量变化趋势基本是先增加后降低,种仁中钾含量逐渐降低。青皮中钾含量高于种仁中钾的含量,清香青皮中钾平均含量是种仁中钾平均含量的2.44倍,辽宁1号青皮中钾含量是种仁中钾平均含量的2.93倍。The variation in contents of pericarp and kernel of the fruit of premature and serotinous walnut were measured systematically during the fruit ripening of walnut. The results showed that the contents of potassium in pericarp and kernel were significantly highest, but the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and zinc changed comparatively smooth and steadily. With the fruits growthing, potassium has different changes in pericarp and kernel, and the contents of potassium were obviously higher than nitrogen, phosphorus and zinc. The content of pericarp potassium changed from increasing to reducing, but gradually reduced in kernel. The content of potassium in the pericarp was higher than kernel, the average content potassium content of Qingxiang was 2.44- fold in pericarp than in Kernel,the average potassium content of Liaoning 1 average content was 2.93 - fold in pericarp than in kernel.
