摘 要:V型90°夹角的6缸柴油机在军事、交通运输等领域的应用十分广泛,在环保要求日趋严格的条件下,该类机型振动大、噪声高的问题日益突出.为了解决好这一问题,从分析该类机型的内部激励载荷入手,推导和建立了该类机型惯性力系平衡分析的通用公式,并以某型号V型90°夹角的6缸柴油机为例,研究探讨了利用错拐平衡技术以衰减和改善该机内部激励载荷的可能性.研究结果表明,错拐技术可大幅度改善该类机型倾覆力矩的不均匀性,是改善该类机型振动、噪声水平极为有效的技术措施.The 90° V type 6-cylinder diesel engine has been widely applied in military and communication. The problem of high vibration and noise stand out when the request of environmental protection is strict increasingly. In order to sol,;,e this problem, starting with its internal stimulation load, a general formula used in analyzing inertial force system balance is deduced and set up. Taking certain 90° V6 diesel engine as example, its possibility is studied on decaying and improving the internal stimulation load with split-pin crank shaft. The result shows that split-pin crankshaft can greatly improve inequality of its overturn torque, which is the most efficient technological measurement to reduce vibration and noise.
