摘  要:阐述了血液净化技术的基本原理及其在临床治疗中的重要性,概述了血液净化的几种手段,介绍了血液灌流技术,主要综述了用于血液灌流技术的高分子吸附材料的研究进展,分析与评价了几类高分子吸附材料的特点和发展趋势.结合作者采用带有正电性的聚乙烯亚胺树脂清除肝病患者血液中过量胆红素的实验研究,表明血液灌流技术是一种极具发展潜力的血液净化技术,而制备血液相容性好、吸附容量高的高分子吸附树脂是发展血液灌流技术的关键所在.The basic principle of blood purification technique is described, several kinds of means of blood purification are summarized, and hemoperfusion technique is mainly introduced. The research ad- vance of the polymer adsorption materials applied in hemoperfusion technique is summed up, and the character and development trend of several kinds of polymer adsorption materials are analyzed and evaluated. Combined with author's investigation that excess bilirubin in blood of liver patient is eliminated by using polyethyleneimine resin charged positively, it is shown that hemoperfusion is a potential and promising technique of blood purification, and it is the key for the development of hemoperfusion technique to prepare polymer adsorption resins with excellent blood compatibility and high adsorption capacity.
