摘 要:采用双因素交叉式遗传交配设计,研究棉花海陆杂交F1代纤维品质性状中亲优势、超亲优势、竞争优势及平均显性度,结果表明:海陆杂交F1代纤维长度、比强度、马克隆值三大品质性状均可达到或超过海岛棉亲本;纤维整齐度也有所提高,伸长率与海岛棉相似,但不及陆地棉;皮棉产量也有较高的中亲优势和超亲优势,并有个别组合具有一定的竞争优势。显性度分析表明:纤维长度表现为超显性作用;其他各品质性状和皮棉产量因不同的遗传基础而表现出较大的差异。The double-factor cross type heredity mating design was adopted to study the mid-parent dominance, super-parent dominance, competitive dominance and average dominance degree of fiber quality characters of F1 from G. barbadense × Gossypium hirsutum. The result showed that the fiber length, specific strength and micronaire of F1 were equal or superior to that of their parents;the tidy degree of fiber was also increased; the fiber elongation percentage of F1 was similar to that of G. barbadense, but was inferior to that of Gossypium hirsutum;The lint yield possesses higher mid-parent dominance and super-parent dominance, and even competitive dominance for some crosses. The analyse of dominant degree indicated that the fiber length has super dominance effect, and other quality characters and lint yield were very different between the crosses because of their different genetic background.
