儿童髋关节骨错缝的CT表现及临床意义(附82例临床分析)

摘　　要：为了探索儿童髋关节骨错缝的客观诊断指标，对82例诊为髋关节骨错缝的患儿行X线摄片及CT检查，结果发现此组患儿的CT片上均有关节囊内积液的阴影。认为儿童的髋关于骨错缝是有明确的影像学基础的。X-ray and CT examinations were made for 82 cases of children's hip disarrangement,as to explore the objective diagnostic index of the disease.Through the examinations, it was found that there was hydrarthrosis in the hip capsules on CT pictures of these children. For this reason it wasbelieved that the disease could have a definite image basis.
