摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法,峰面积外标定量对色酚AS及其有机杂质进行了分离。通过对流动相、色谱柱、检测波长法的选择确定了最佳的分离条件。A HPLC method for the analysis of the Naphthol AS was reported. Through the selection of mobile phase ,C18 column,detector - wavelength,The Naphthol AS and its organic impurity were separated completely. The quantitative determation of Naphthol AS was performed by external standard, 1 - Hydroxy - 3 - naphthoic acid was performed by area percent. The relative standard deviations and error were 1.53% and -0. 42%.
