摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,机动车占有量的增大,我国盗抢机动车犯罪数量也在近年来呈现猛增势头,逐渐成为侦查机关重点打击对象。盗抢机动车犯罪侦查阵地控制是通过对涉车行业的特殊阵地采取公开和秘密的方法和手段进行控制,其阵地控制范围有旧机动车交易市场、机动车修理业、报废机动车回收业以及汽车修锁配锁业。Recently,with the development of social economy and the increasing number of motor vehicles,the robbery cases of motor vehicle are rapidly increasing,which has become the main target cracked down on by the investigative organs.The position control over the robbery of motor vehicle refers to secretly or openly control the industry relating to motor vehicle,including the market of used motor vehicle,vehicle repairing industry,recycling industry of abandoned vehicle and lock industry.
