无锡市2003～2004年工伤保险基金支付费用分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究职业伤害造成社会经济损失的分布状况。[方法]通过对无锡市2003～2004年工伤保险基金支付存档资料的分析,计算不同性别、年龄、受伤部位和性质、行业类别的工伤人数及费用支付。[结果]工伤者的性别、年龄分别以男性、20～49岁为主。受伤部位以腕及手的人数最多(2003年72人,2004年110人);人均支付费用最高者在2003年为头颈部伤害31724.5元,2004年为多部位伤害30846.0元。各类伤害中发生骨折的人数最多(2003年71人,2004年134人);但多伤害类型的人均支付费用最高,分别为69848.7元(2003年)和39658.4元(2004年)。在伤害人群中从事制造业的占85%以上。2004年化工行业的职业伤害明显增多,支付总费用比2003年增长18.6倍。[结论]应加强对易致伤行业和主要伤害类型的预防工作,并完善职业伤害报告系统。[ Objective ] To analyse the payment of occupational injury insurance fund in Wuxi in order to estimate the social economic loss. [ Methods ] Original files of occupational injury insurance fund were collected to analyze the payment of injuried workers by different sex, age, injury location and type, and jobs. [ Results ] The occupational injuries were happened mainly in males, aged from 20 to 49. The number of wrist ＆ hand injuries （ 72 workers in 2003, 110 workers in 2004 ） and fracture （ 71 workers in 2003, 134 workers in 2004 ）constituted the largest part of the total injury locations and injury types respectively. The highest mean payment for all injury locations was for head ＆ neck （31 724.5 yuan/case ）in 2003, and for muhi-located injury （ 30 846.0 yuan/case ） in 2004. Among injury types, the mean payment of muhy-typed was the highest, which was 69 848.7 yuan/case in 2003 and 39658.4 yuan/case in 2004 respectively. More than 85% of injuried workers were from manufacturing industries. The occupational injury payment in chemical industry in 2004 increased 18.6 folds than in 2003. [ Conclusion ] The finding suggested that more attention should he paid onto the key jobs and injury types, besides, the occupational injury report system should be further improved.
