摘 要:[目的]建立工作场所空气中丙烯的气相色谱测定方法。[方法]活性炭吸附空气中丙烯,热解吸后采用气相色谱(FID)测定丙烯浓度。[结果]空气中丙烯的浓度在46~363mg/m^3时,相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.3%(n=6);回归方程y=1659+25273x,相关系数r=0.9999;检出限为3.0×10^(-2)μg/ml(进样1ml);平均解吸效率为91.6%~93.9%;穿透容量(BTV)为2.6mg;100mg活性炭吸附274μg的丙烯,密闭放置3d,回收率89.8%;采样效率100%。[结论]本方法适用于工作场所空气中丙烯的浓度测定。[ Objective ] To establish GC analytical method for propylene in the air of workplace sampling by charcoal tube. [ Methods ] Charcoal adsorption and thermal desorption were used for the sampling of propylene and analysis was performed by GC ( FID ). [ Results ] The RSD in the range of 46-363 mg/m^3 was 1.1%-2.3% ( n=6 ). Regression formula was y=1659+25 273x, r=-0.999 9; Determination limit was 3.0 × 10^-2μg/ml (injection for 1.0mL ); The average desorption efficiency was 91.6%-93.9%. Breakthrough volume (BTV)was 2.6 mg; In a tube containing 100 mg absorption charcoal, 274 μg of propylene can be adsorbed. Keep this tube tightly closed until 3 days, the propylene can still remain stable with a recovery rate of 89.9%; The sampling efficiency is 100%. [ Conclusion ] The method is compatible with concentration detection of propylene in the air of workplace.
