南水北调东线水源地的生态补偿问题探究

摘　　要：生态补偿机制及其建立是目前生态经济学领域研究的热点,尤其是流域生态补偿机制的建立更为重要。本文以南水北调东线水源地生态功能保护区建设为例,探讨了跨流域调水所涉及的生态补偿问题,并根据多种计算方法的加和,提出了建立南水北调水源地生态功能保护区建设流域生态补偿机制的思路和建议。The mechanism of ecological compensation is the hotspot in research of ecological economy, especial about the inter-basin. In this paper we use the water sources in the eastern route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project to discuss the ecological compensation for interbasin water transfer, and give the advice to set up the protection area of water sources in the eastern route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project according to the several methods.
