摘 要:通过煤尘的红外光谱实验、电泳实验和正向渗透实验系统,研究了煤尘的表面化学结构、表面电性和表面润湿性,对煤尘表面润湿机理进行了研究,阐明了非离子表面活性剂溶液对煤尘的润湿效果好于阴离子表面活性剂溶液的机理.研究表明,溶液对煤尘的润湿性能不仅取决于溶液的气-液表面张力,而且取决于溶液与煤尘的固-液界面张力,溶液与煤尘的固-液界面张力的大小,又与煤尘的疏水性、电性、溶液添加剂(如表面活性剂)的结构、性质等密切相关.On the basis of the systematic study of coal dust in the surface chemical structure, surface electrical property and surface wetting characteristics through infrared spectrum experiment, electrophoresis experiment and downward capillary seep experiment, the surface wetting mechanism were studied. Clarified the fact that nonionic surfactant has a better wetting effect than ionic surfactant which used in the experiment. The research shows that wetting ability of the solution to the coal dust is depended not only on gas-liquid surface tension, but also on the solid-liquid surface tension, The quantity of solid-liquid surface tension is depended on the hydrophobic property and electrical property of coal dust, the structure and character of additive in solution (such as surfactant).
