摘　　要：针对德盛煤矿特大突水治理的难点,从堵水方案确定、钻孔布置、注浆堵水技术要点等方面进行了分析.确定了注浆堵水的关键技术参数,提出了“围点打援”对突水区域实施有效封堵的技术方案,形成了在动水条件下,以查、找、定、堵、验相结合的特大突水治理成套技术,实现了对突水点和导水通道的彻底封堵,有效地解决了德盛煤矿特大突水的复杂难题.According to the technical difficulties of harnessing most water bursting in Desheng coal mine, the scheme determining, drill hole arranging, key points of grouting technique for water-shut-off were analyzed. The key parameters of grouting technique for water-shut-off was determined, water control plan of ＂besieging a stronghold in order to strike at the reinforcements＂ and a set harnessing technique were formed for most-water bursting under water-flowing conditions, which consists of checking, seeking, deciding, blocking and examining. The technical difficulties were resolved of harnessing most water bursting in Desheng coal mine.
