摘　　要：近年来,基因治疗恶性肿瘤渐渐成为研究的热点,并在治疗中体现出了不可估量的前景。相对肿瘤发生发展的复杂性和多因性,多基因联合治疗已经成为基因治疗的发展方向。There has been more and more reports which research the therapy of tumor using of combined gene. Combined gene can overcome the fault of single gene and have better effectiveness. It＇s the future of gene therapy and have promising perpective.
