摘　　要：目的 建立抗骨增生片的质量标准。方法采用TCL法对内苁蓉、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别，用HPLC法测定抗骨增生片中淫羊藿苷的含量。结果在薄层色谱中均能检出肉苁蓉、淫羊藿，淫羊藿苷在0．111～1．1lOμg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．2％，RSD为0．7％（n=9）。结论 该方法简便快速，结果准确，重现性好，可作为该制荆的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To set up the quality standards for Kanggu Zengsheng tablets. METHODS Herba Cistanches and Herba Epimedii were identified by TLC, and the content of Icariin in Kanggu Zengsheng tablets was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Herba Cistanches and Herba Epimedii could be identified by TLC. The calibration curve of Icariin was rectilinear within the range of 0. 111 - 1.1101μg（ r = 0. 9999 ）, the average recovery was 100. 2%, RSD was 0. 7% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION This method is simple and quick, accurate and reproducible, which can be used as the index of quality control.
