摘　　要：对应用散射干涉法测量镀膜介质平板厚度进行了实验研究,给出了条纹级数和测量距离影响实验结果的关系曲线.In this paper, the experimental study of measuring the thickness of coated transparent media plate by the scattering interferometry is done . The relation curve of affecting the fring order and the testing length on the experimental result is given .
