东方鲎消化道上皮细胞超微结构的进一步观察

摘　　要：探讨东方鲎消化道上皮细胞的超微结构特点。方法通过冷冻蚀刻和超薄切片电镜技术，应用透射电镜对雌性东方鲎食道至直肠各段上皮细胞进行超微结构观察。结果上皮细胞为立方形或柱形，其游离面均有微绒毛，细胞核一个，胞质内见有发达的高尔基复合体，各种类型的溶酶体和大量的线粒体。质膜的ＰＦ面蛋白颗粒比ＥＦ面的多。细胞间有镶嵌连接、缝隙连接和间隔连接。结论东方鲎消化道各种上皮的结构和功能都存在着密切的关系。Objective\ To find out the ultrastructure of serveral kinds of digestive tract epithelial cells in the horseshoe crab(Tachypleus tridentatus Leach).\ Methods\ Freeze replica specimens and ultrathin sections were observed by transmission electron microscopy.\ Results\ All the epithelial cells have well developed Golgi complex,numerous lysomoses and many mitochondria.Interdigitation,gap junction and septate junction were observed betwen adjacent cells.\ The intramembrane proteinic particules of EF face are fewer than those of PF face.\ Conclusion\ Intimate relationship exists between structure and function of each epithelial type.
