靖江市部分幼儿A群流脑疫苗基础免疫效果及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]准确评价A群流脑疫苗的免疫效果。[方法]2004年11月至2005年2月,对靖江市部分10-22月龄儿童进行A群流脑多糖疫苗基础免疫效果检测。[结果]检测73名幼儿,免疫前抗体阳性率为15.07%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶1.15;免疫后抗体阳性率为89.04%,GMT为1∶4.40。62名免疫前无抗体幼儿全程接种疫苗后抗体阳转率为87.10%,73名幼儿抗体滴度4倍以上增长率为83.87%。[结论]靖江市A群流脑疫苗基础免疫效果较好。[Objective]To evaluate the immune effects and its impact factors of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis group A polysaccharide vaccine. [Methods]The antibody level to epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis group A in blood samples of children aged 10 to 22 months before and after vaccination was tested from September 2004 to February 2005. [Results]Of the 73 children before and after vaccinating with epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis group A polysaccharide vaccine,the antibody positive rates and GMT were 15.07% ,1 ： 1.15 and 89. 4% ,1 ： 4.40 respectively. Of 62 children without antibody before vaccination, the antibody positive conversion rate and 4 fold increase rate after vaccination were 87.15% and 83.370% respectively. [Conclusion]It proved that immune effects of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis group A polysaccharide vaccine in Jingjiang were good.
