摘　　要：综述了目前国内外甘蔗渣资源应用于生产燃料酒精，或经过处理提高其蛋白含量用于饲料，还可用于生产环保材料作为木材的替代原料等利用现状。甘蔗渣资源的开发利用有着广阔的前景，可作为无土基质和有机肥料的原料，与用甘蔗渣发电建筑材料等。The report is on the utilization and prospect of bagasse resources all over the world. Bagasse resources are mainly as combustion materials for sugar factories or as garbage. Meanwhile bagasse resources also be applied in some domains with the development of science and technology, such as burn alcohol, forage for livestock, and paper. Bagasse resources are also good material because their chemical ingredients are similar with board. And bagasse resources have broad prospects on substrate and organic fertilizer in agriculture and forestry. And in America, Australia and India bagasse resources are mainly as materials to produce electricity.
