摘　　要：根据山东省远程医学惠民工程的具体需求,利用计算机网络技术、视频影像技术、结合数字医疗设备,开发远程医学网络,实现了远程诊断、手术、护理、监护、医学信息、医学培训、病例研讨等功能。According to the concrete need of the telemedical Helping people＇ s project , this text elaborates that making use of a calculator network technique, video frequency image a technique combine numeral medical equipment Constructs and develops the telemedical network and realizes telediagnosis, surgical operation, nursing, telemonitoring, medical science information, medical science training, study and discussion of cases.
