摘　　要：磁共振成像设备属于大型医学影像成像设备,其对承载设备的基础设施有特定技术要求。本文结合切身工作体会,从选址踏勘、环境评价、方案制定、土建施工、屏蔽、通风等基础设施建设方面进行论述和探讨,采用的原则和方法有效地保障了磁共振成像设备的正常营运。Magnetic resonance imaging （MR） Scanner is capital medical imaging facility. There are specific technical requirements for basal facilities to bear the MR scanner. Based on the actual experiences and from the aspects of basal facilities, we summarize and discuss site exploration, environmental evaluation, solution preparation, civil engineering, shielding harness, and ventilation. The principles and methods we adopt effectively ensure the normal operation of MR scanner.
