摘 要:目的:探讨应用中药黄芪、丹参注射液促进损伤骨骼肌肌力恢复的可行性和有效性。方法:31例急性腘绳肌损伤患者随机分成3组,分别为:A、中药治疗组(n=12,注射黄芪注射液、丹参注射液及盐酸布比卡因共10ml);B、皮质激素治疗组(n=11,注射醋酸曲安奈德、生理盐水及盐酸布比卡因共10ml);C、自然愈合对照组(n=8,不予注射治疗)。三组均以相同传统治疗(避免运动,冰敷、加压包扎、抬高患肢、牵拉训练、等长肌力训练及非甾体消炎止痛药)。分别于治疗前、治疗后第15天、29天、43天、57天对以上三组进行等速肌力恢复情况的评估。结果:①中药治疗组、皮质激素治疗组的肌力增长情况明显优于自然愈合对照组(P<0.01);②肌力增长和愈合速度,中药治疗组疗效明显优于皮质激素治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:应用中药黄芪、丹参注射液治疗运动导致的骨骼肌急性损伤,可有效提高损伤骨骼肌肌力恢复的程度和速度。Objective To study the feasibility and efficacy of Huangqi and Danshen injection (Traditional Chinese Medicine ,TCM)for the healing process of acute skeletal muscle injuries in athletes. Methods We randomly divided 31 athletes with acute hamstring muscle injuries into three groups:(A) TCM group (injecting 10ml of Huangqi solution, Danshen solution and bupivacaine hydrochloride)( n = 12); (B) corticosteroid group (injecting 10ml of triamcinolone acetonide acetate, normal saline and bupivacaine hydrochloride)( n = 11 ) ; and (C) natural healing control group (No injection was applied) ( n = 8). The three groups received the same routine therapy : rest, cryotherapy, compression, elevation, stretching, isometric strengthening and nonsteroidal anti - inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). We measured their isokinetic muscle strength before treatment and at day 15, 29, 43 and 57 after injuries. Results Group A and B showed significantly improvement in isokinetic strength as compared with the group C( P 〈 0.01 ). The improvement of group A was significantly better than that of group B ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Huangqi and Danshen injections is more effective in the treatment of acute skeletal muscle injury, not only in improving the muscle strength but also in speeding up the recovery process of injured skeletal muscle.
