摘 要:传统空调机组的工作原理是将室内产生的热量通过热力循环转移到室外,这种方法虽然能满足室内的需求,但是造成了室外的热污染,同时在热力循环过程中产生的高位热能被白白浪费掉。复合冷凝技术通过改变传统的冷凝方式实现冷凝热回收,使空调系统在满足室内要求的同时又尽量利用高位冷凝热制取生活热水,同时在夏季可以停开热水锅炉,提高了能源利用效率的同时减少了能源消耗总量。本文从火用的角度对复合冷凝方式进行了研究,验证了复合冷凝可以极大地提高能源利用效率,并且在离心式冷水机组上进行了节能改造。机组在改造后稳定制取热水的同时没有影响到机组的制冷效果,机组运行稳定。The traditional air-conditioning system transfers the indoor heat to the outside by the dynamics cycle of the refrigerant. This method can satisfy the demand of the room, but pollute the outdoor air by large amount of condensing heat. The high quality condensing heat produced in the cycle had been wasted without any use. The compound condensing method reclaims the condensing heat through the alternation of condensing mode. It can use the high quality condensing heat to produce sanitary water when the system is working for the indoor air. At the same time the boiler can be shut down in summer. This method increased the energy efficiency greatly and decreased the whole energy used. The compound condensing technique is analyzed from the exergy in this paper. It proved that condensing heat recovery technique can improve the energy efficiency greatly. An example of the use of condensing heat recovery technique on centrifugal chiller is proposed. It can prove the centrifugal chiller runs steady after the alternation and make no difference to the refrigeration effect.
