摘　　要：本文以天津市某住宅小区计量供热系统为研究对象。首先阐述了小区计量供热系统基本情况,并指出小区的建筑供暖能耗达到了“二步节能”的标准,其次,通过对小区计量供热系统运行数据的整理和收费体制的剖析,从三个方面指出该系统在运行和收费体制上存在的问题。为了节约能源和促进计量供热系统在我国的发展,文章从计量供热系统的设计、设备装置、运行管理以及用户的行为节能等方面提出了相应的对策。The metered heating system of residential area in Tianjin is studied. The basic situation of this system and energy consumption of residential area that coming up to the standard of the second stage saving energy are introduced, and then problems of operation and charge system of metered heating system are proposed in the light of processing data and analyzing charge system from three aspects. For saving energy and helping metered heating to develop in China, corresponding measures from systems design, equipment, operation and maintenance, and saving energy by user are put forward.
