摘　　要：本文在充分总结分析国内外地热资源勘查、开发利用现状的基础上,对我国地热资源勘查、开发和管理中存在的问题进行了研究,并结合工作实际,提出了做好勘查开发规划、加强地热地质勘查、提高地热开发利用水平、加强监督管理和促进矿业权市场建设等保护对策。Based on full analysis in the current situation of surveying, exploiting and utilizing geothermal resources at home and abroad, this paper studies the problems existing in exploitation and management of such resources in China. In order to put theoretical analysis into practice and improve our daily work, several countermeasures are put forward, including stressing exploration and exploitation planning and utilizing geothermal resources, improving the technology in exploiting and utilizing geothermal resources, strengthening supervision and management, accelerating the establishment of mining right market, etc.
