煤炭资源供应链国际化系统的复杂性研究

摘　　要：本文基于复杂性的视角,分析了煤炭国际化供应与中国经济增长、环境保护及国家能源安全战略的复杂关系,揭示了该系统的特点及其作用机理。指出在煤炭资源国际化战略中,应充分发挥该系统的反馈调节机制,理顺相应的关系,加强宏观调控,充分利用全球化带来的机遇,规避不利的因素和风险,延伸我国的煤炭资源供应链,推进我国煤炭资源国际化战略顺利进行。From a complexity perspective, the paper analyzes the complex relations between internationalized extension of coal supply, economic growth and national security, and, brings forth the characteristics and mechanism of the system. Additionally, the paper points out that China government should fully take advantages of the feedback mechanism, smooth the feedback loop, strengthen macro-control, make the best of opportunities of globalization, avoid disadvantages and risks, and extend the supply chain of coal resources, to push the strategy of coal internationalization forward.
