摘　　要：在众多资源日渐枯竭的矿区中,工业废弃地的治理和再开发,成为矿区所在城市经济社会全面发展首要解决的问题。本文从徐州市贾汪区夏桥井工业废弃地的背景及其闭矿产生的问题入手,分析了工业废弃地再开发的优势条件和具体对策,在明确其战略目标的基础上,最终得出了夏桥工业废弃地再开发的复兴概念规划。In numerous mining areas where resource has dried up, renovation and redevelopment of industrial wastelands increasingly becomes a significant task for the progress of economy and society. The article first introduces the background and the problems brought by the Xiaqiao industrial wastelands in Jiawang district; then the advantages and countermeasures of redevelopment of wasteland are analyzed; at last the redevelopment planning of Xiaqiao industrial wasteland is completed based on the definitude of strategic targets.
