摘  要:探讨了松香改性聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的制备及其对纸张表面施胶性能的影响,并利用红外图谱和DSC对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,松香酰氯与聚酰胺分子链中的仲胺基反应形成酰胺基并结合在聚酰胺分子链上,再通过环氧氯丙烷与聚酰胺反应得到松香改性聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂。表面施胶实验结果表明,松香改性聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂具有理想的表面施胶性能,可赋予纸张表面良好的抗水性和一定的表面强度,表面施胶时纸张的抗水性和抗张强度与松香改性聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂中松香基团的含量有关,其施胶纸张的抗张强度和抗油性随改性树脂中松香基团引入量的增加而降低,而抗水性大幅提高,平滑度和表面强度呈先增后减的趋势。The preparation of polyamide epichlorhydrin resin modified by rosin (PAE-R) and its application in paper surface sizing were studied. Firstly, the polyamide was prepared by fasculation reaction of adipic acid and diethylene triamine, and then the polyamide was modified by rosin and reacted with epichlorhydrin. The chemical structures of the products were analyzed by FT-IR and DSC and the results showed that the rosinoyl is successfully connected to polyamide epichlorhydrin resin (PAE) molecules. The products can be used as surface sizing agents of paper. The test indicated that the polyamide epichlorhydrin resin modified by rosin has better effect of surface sizing. The effect of waterproof, surface strength and smoothness increases with the increase of rosinoyl quantity, the tensile strength and oil resistant decrease with the increase of rosinoyl quantity in the molecules of PAE-R.
