摘 要:研究了不同离子类型、离子度及相对分子质量的几种聚丙烯酰胺对矿物纤维留着及纸张性能的影响。结果表明,实验所用的APAM、CPAM及AM-PAM均可提高矿物纤维的留着率和纸张的物理性能,CPAM、AM-PAM的作用效果好于APAM;其中离子度为2%、相对分子质量为1400万的CPAM比未加助剂的纸张矿物纤维留着率提高32.4%,纸张的抗张指数提高了25.6%,撕裂指数提高了11.4%;离子度为5%、相对分子质量1000万的AM-PAM比未加助剂的纸张矿物纤维留着率提高15.6%,纸张的抗张指数提高了43.8%。In the paper, the effects of the ion type, charge density and molecular weight of polyaerylamide on the retention of mineral fibers and the properties of the paper were studied. The results showed that anion polyacrylamide (APAM) and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and amphoteric polyacrylamide (AM- PAM) (dosage of PAMs was 100 ppm, based on oven dried pulp and mineral fiber accounted for 8% of the pulp) all improve the retention of the mineral fibers and the properties of the paper. The efficiencies of different PAMs, however, are remarkably different. CPAM and AM-PAM are obviously better than APAM. The retention of mineral fibers, tensile index and tear index of the paper can be improved by 32.4%, 25.6% and 11.4% respectively by adding the CPAM with charge density of 2% and molecular weight of 14×10^6. On the other hand, the improvements in the retention of mineral fibers and tensile index of the paper can be increased by 15.6% and 43.8% respectively by adding the AM-PAM with charge density of 5% and molecular weight of 10×10^6.
