摘 要:采用1%氢氧化钠抽提自催化乙醇麦草浆,对抽提物含量、抽出木素含量及纸浆卡伯值等随抽提时间的变化进行了研究,对抽提速率和卡伯值降低速率进行了探讨,并采用光学显微镜的透视和反射模式以及扫描电子显微镜对纤维表面木素进行观察。结果表明,乙醇法制浆中溶出的木素在纤维表面存在明显的吸附;表面木素以不均匀的点球状形式分布在纤维表面;碱抽提10~15 min得到的木索主要分布在纤维表面,占纸浆总木素的48.56%~75.98%,甚至高达86.90%,纤维表面木素是乙醇麦草浆卡伯值高的重要原因。Ethanol pulp was extracted with 1% sodium hydroxide. The changes of extraction content, extracted lignin content, and kappa number with the extraction time were determined. The lignin on the fiber surface was identified by using light microscopy with the transmission and reflection modes and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the dissolved lignin in ethanol pulping obviously precipitates on the fiber surface and the spherical lignin particles are distributed on the fiber surface heterogeneously observed by SEM. Surface lignin can be extracted by alkali extraction for 10-15min, and it accounts for 48.56 %-75.98%, even up to 86.90% of the total lignin; Accordingly, ethanol pulp has good response to alkali extraction. Surface lignin makes a significant contribution to kappa number, and it is feasible to prohibit the adsorption of lignin therefore to decrease the kappa by improving and optimizing the washing process.
