摘 要:采用漆酶活化桉木纤维.并压制无胶纤维板。通过不同漆酶处理条件下纤维板内结合强度的差异,表征漆酶处理提高纤维间自黏合性的效果。结果表明,木纤维经漆酶活化后,纤维之间白黏合性增强,纤维板的内结合强度明显提高,吸水性有所降低。漆酶活化木纤维浆料的最优化条件为:漆酶用量20U/g纤维,pH值4.5,处理温度40~45℃,处理时间1~2 h。并且,在氧气存在下处理效果较好。In this paper, eucalyptus fibers were activated with laccase and then were pressed into non-glue fiberboard. The auto-adhesion effect between the fibers was identified with internal strength of the non-glue fiberboard. The result indicated that after laccase activation auto-adhesion between the fibers was enhanced, and internal strength of the fiberboard manufactured with laccase-activated wood fibers was improved significantly, and water absorption was reduced. The optimum treatment condition was concluded: laccase dosage 20U/g fiber, pH4.5, 40-45℃, 1-2h; and the result will be better if the treatment is under oxygen condition.
