摘  要:以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)等为原料,采用氧化还原引发体系,合成了新型阳离子共聚物PSMA挺度剂,研究了反应条件如引发剂用量、单体配比和聚合反应时间等对乳液性能的影响,并与目前市场上常用的挺度剂进行了比较。结果表明,在用量均为0.6%的条件下,PSMA比其他挺度剂具有更好的增挺及增强效果。A series of novel PSMA cationic copolymer stiffening agents based on styrene, methyl methacrylate(MMA), methacrylic acid(MAA), acrylamide(AM), methyl crylethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) were synthesized by means of redox initiation systems. The effects of various reaction conditions on the properties of the emulsions, such as the dose of initiator, proportion of the monomers, reaction time and so on were studied. Meanwhile, the stiffening effect of 0.6% PSMA on the waste based paper was better than that of the conventional products with the same dosage.
