摘　　要：目的：分析先天性外耳道狭窄合并鼓室、听小骨畸形的ＣＴ表现。材料与方法：对经过电测听检查诊断为传音性耳聋者３０例４０耳进行横断及冠状位ＣＴ扫描。结果：４０耳中有３４耳呈骨性外耳道狭窄，６耳呈膜性外耳道狭窄，２６耳合并有鼓室狭窄，１９耳合并有面神经管乳突段前位，２９耳合并有听小骨畸形。结论：经高分辨率ＣＴ对颞骨进行横断及冠状位扫描综合分析后即可获得外、中、内耳的三维影像资料，为临床提供影像学依据。Objective: To analyze CT finding of congenital stenosis of external meatus.Materials and Methods:Axial and coronal high resolution CT (HRCT) were performed in 30 cases including 40 ears with condution deafness diagnosed by pure tone hearing test.Results:In 40 ears, there were 34 ears with bony stenosis, 6 ears with membranous stenosis, 26 ears with stenosis of tympnum and 19 ears with anterior position of facial canal as well as 29 ears associated with malformations of ossicles. Conclusion: CT could definitely show stenosis of external meatus and provide information for surgery.
