摘 要:针对目前电力市场环境下的阻塞管理问题,提出了一种考虑预想事故下暂态稳定约束的动态阻塞管理算法,以第一摇摆周期结束时各发电机转子相对最大摇摆角是否超过180°作为判稳标准。相对以往的其他方法,本方法由于考虑暂态稳定约束,因此相对来说更能确保系统的长期动态稳定。利用M atlab进行的仿真计算显示:用该模型和逐次二次规划算法结合所得的新算法收敛性良好,能迅速地得到满足电力系统预想故障暂态稳定条件和目标值最优的系统稳定运行状态。Aimed at the congestion management problem in power market environment,a dynamic congestion management model with transient stability constrains under pre-contingency condition was proposed. For transient stability constrain, the swing angle difference between generator rotors whether to exceed 180 degree or not was used as criterion. Compared with the other methods, this method could ensure long-term dynamic security comparatively. After this new OPF module with transient stability constrains is constructed, a algorithm combined sequential quadratic programming method for solving the problem is presented. The tests on Matlab indicated that the new algorithm had excellent performance in convergence and speed. The result was accurate, reliable and economic.
