摘 要:在对汉石桥湿地植物群落调查的基础上,选取19个优势种,采用χ2检验、Jaccard关联指数和Spearman秩相关分析进行了湿地植物群落种间关系研究。结果表明:汉石桥湿地植物群落优势种群间多呈负关联,显著和极显著关联种对数量少;Spearman秩相关分析结果优于χ2检验;根据分析结果将19个优势物种划分为水生植物种组、湿生植物种组和中生植物种组3个生态种组,同一生态种组内种群的生态要求和对资源的利用方式类似,不同生态种组间种群关系相对较为松散。Hanshiqiao Wetland Nature Reserve, located in the east of Beijing, was founded in 2005, and it has been considered as an essential part of nature reserve system in Beijing, as it holds unique natural landscape and rich animal and plant resources, for example, 292 species of plants and 153 species of birds have been recorded in this area. Moreover, Hanshiqiao wetland is an important stop - over site for migrant birds, and it is especially important because it not only supplies breeding habitat for some rare waterbirds, but also is an imperative component of Beijing - Tianjin water source area. Therefore, some researchers had paid attention to on the status of this wetland, and some researches on plant communities of Hanshiqiao wetland appeared recently. However, large parts of these researches mainly focused on quantitative characteristics, and very little was known on information of inter - specific relationships of plant at present, which should be very useful in the wetland restoration. Therefore, some investigation on the plant communities in Hanshiqiao wetland were done to analyze the inter -specific relationships of dominate plant populations. Our survey area included 3 parts, that is the water body that submersed plant lives in; the transition area between water which was influenced by water seasonally; and the land closed to the transition area. Transect lines were perpendicular to separation line between water and land. Each line was composed of g -6 in each 1 2 m square sample plots, and the distance between two closest plots ranged from I m to 2 m. One to three square plots alone each transect line was focused on aquatic plant, and the rest alone each line was set on land according to the water grades. The species names, the individual amount, the average height, and the coverage of the plant in each plot were recorded.
