市区集贸市场附近暗娼人群特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解女性性工（commercial sex worker，CSW）人群分布状况及人群特征，为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法依托个体诊所的大夫确定高危场所及CSW人群，高干队员及个体诊所大夫走访场所与CSW面对面座谈完成调查资料。结果在2市8处集贸市场确定60个高危场所255名CSW，完成225份调查资料。CSW年龄以16~30岁为主，占89.33%，16-20岁的占50.67%，未婚者占74.67%，文化程度为初中及初中以下的占93.33%，平均每人每日性交2.11人次，年龄越小每日性交人数越多。将做CSW看成打工的占68.23%，多数认为艾滋病人不多，自己不容易碰上。结论市区集贸市场附近存在高危场所及CSW人群，大部分CSW年龄小、文化程度低，缺乏自我保护意识、艾滋病防治知识及正确的求医方法。采取因地制宜的行为干预方式，对控制艾滋病在外来务工人员中传播有重要作用。Objective To Understand the commereial sex worker＇s （CSW） distribution and characters, provide the basis for the effective intervention measure. Methods The high risk place and the CSW were determined by the individual clinic doctor.The intervention members and individual doctors visited the CSW face- to - face to gather the materials. Results In 2 cities 8 fair trade markets 60 high risk places were determined where 225 CSW investigation materials.The age of CSW were 16 - 30 years accounts for 89.33%, 16-20 year-old CSW accounts for 50.67%, the unmarried account for 74.67%, CSW with low education level （under junior middlesehool） account for 9.33% .Daily average commercial sex partners were 2.11 for each CSW.The smaller CSW have more partners.CSW who regard sexual act asa kind of work account for 68.23% .Most CSW thought the AIDS person were not too many to into. Conclusion There arc high risk places and CSW nearby Fair trade markets of city area.The majority of CSW are yowng with low schooling.They lack self- pretection consicousness.AIDS pvevention and controling knowledge and correct health selking method. Behavioral interventions among migrant workers are importamt to control KIDS disseminating.
