摘　　要：群众反映强烈的“看病贵、就医难”问题,原先是从“看病难”到“看病贵”,现在逐渐由“看病贵”到“就医难”。深入剖析“看病贵、就医难”这一顽症,针对其主要影响因素进行“对症下药”,力求达到药到病除的效果。在形成“看病贵、就医难”问题的多种原因中,主要影响因素来自医改、医德、医技和医价。因此,解决“看病贵、就医难”是一项系统工程,必须从医改、医德、医技和医价等方面实行综合治理。The problem of ＂the high cost of getting a treatment and the difficulty in seeing a doctor＂ has gone through three stages： from ＂high cost of getting a treatment＂ to ＂the difficulty in seeing a doctor＂ and to ＂high cost of getting a treatment＂. To solve this problem, which has aroused great concern among people of all walks of life, it is necessary to analyze its major contributing factors and come up with specific counter-measures. Among the many contriuting factors, the key one is related to such aspects as medical ethics, medical techniques, charges for medical service and medical policy reform. It is therefore concluded that the endeavor to solve thr problem of ＂the high cost of getting a treatment and the difficulty in seeing a doctor＂ is a systematic project which calls for our concerted efforts from the different aspects as mentioned above.
