老年人胰管自然变化规律的超声声像图研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人胰管的自然变化的超声声像图像规律。方法回顾性总结分析了648例老年人胰管的超声声像图特点,并利用超声随访10年以上,按年龄分为老年前期组、老年组、长寿组,总结各组的超声特点及发展变化规律,并进行统计学分析。结果老年前期组胰管的超声显示率为47.5%,老年组胰管的超声显示率为60.9%,长寿组胰管的超声显示率为67.2%(P<0.01)。本组老年人胰管的内径多在2～4mm之间,平均增长比率为0.09±0.03mm/年(P<0.01)。结论随着年龄的增长,胰管的超声显示率增高,且胰管有缓慢增宽的趋势。Objective To study the regularity of natural variation of pancreatic duct in the elderly. Methods The pancreatic duct images in ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed in the 648 elderly cases by following up for more than 10 years. All of eases were divided into presenile, elderly and longevity group according to age to sum up the features and developmental regularity of each group. Results The detected rate of pancreatic duct ultrasound in presenile, elderly and longevity group was 47.5%, 60. 9% and 67.2% respectively （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The internal diameter of pancreatic duct in these ones was 2 - 4 mm and the enlarged rate of the diameter was （0. 09 0. 03） mm/ year in average （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The pancreatic duct in the elderly is slowly enlarged and its detected rate in ultrasound is progressively increased with aging. Clinicians in ultrasound department should know its changing regularity and sum up experiences to improve the diagnostic levels.
