脂欣康胶囊改善ApoE基因敲除小鼠学习记忆行为障碍的水迷宫观察

摘　　要：目的观察脂欣康胶囊对ApoE基因敲除(ApoEKO)小鼠学习记忆行为的影响。方法采用Morris水迷宫,分别于给药前后对小鼠进行定位航行实验与空间搜索实验,记录每天的潜伏期与游泳轨迹,分析小鼠在目的象限停留的时间百分比,评估ApoEKO小鼠治疗前后的行为学差异,并与正常C57BL/6J小鼠进行比较。结果给药前两组ApoEKO小鼠的学习记忆成绩无明显差异,但比C57BL/6J小鼠差;给药1个月后,脂欣康组的成绩优于实验对照组,但仍比C57BL/6J小鼠差;实验对照组自身对比显示,10月龄ApoE-KO小鼠的成绩比9月龄时差。结论脂欣康胶囊能够部分改善ApoEKO小鼠的认知功能障碍,ApoEKO小鼠的认知功能障碍随月龄的增加呈日渐加重趋势。Objective： To observe the effect of Zhibikang capsule on study-memory behavioral disturbance of knock out mice of ApoE. Methods： Water maze of Morris was used, latent period and swimming locus were recorded. Time percentage of staying in different quadrant was analysized. Differences of Ethology were evaluated. And compared with 057BL/6J mice. Results： There were no difference between two groups, but it was inferior to 057BL/6J mice. After one month, zhixinkang is superior to the control group,but it was inferior to C57BL/6J mice. The result of 10 month mice is inferior to that of 9 month mice. Conclusion. Study-memory behavioral disturbance could be improved partly by Zhibikang capsule, and it was aggravated with the increasing of time.
