复方豨莶草胶囊对尿酸钠致大鼠关节炎滑膜IL-1β、IL-8含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究复方豨莶草胶囊对急性痛风的抗炎作用。方法:通过尿酸钠溶液注入大鼠踝关节造成急性痛风模型。复方豨莶草胶囊、扶他林悬浮液连续灌胃给药。取受试关节滑膜组织测定IL-1β、IL-8的含量。结果:动物造模后,关节滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-8含量均明显升高,中药能明显降低IL-1β、IL-8含量,与模型组比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:复方豨莶草胶囊可能通过抑制滑膜细胞IL-1β、IL-8的合成,进而抑制前列腺素等其他炎症介质的释放而发挥抗炎镇痛作用。Objective： To investigate anti-inflammatory action of compound Xiqiancao capsule on acute gout. Method：make the model of acute gout by injecting sodium urate liquor into rat＇s ankles. Compound Xiqiancao capsule liquor and voltaren soliquoid were given by intragastric administration. Determine the contents of interleukin-1β, interleukin-8 in articulus. Results： After injection, the contents of interleukin-1β, interleukin-8 in Synovial tissue of joint increased obviously and the traditional Chinese medicine can decrease the contents of these materials＇ which had significant difference （P〈0.01） by comparison with model group. Conclusion：compound Xiqiancao capsule can inhibit the production of the contents of interleukin-1β and interleukin-, consequently inhibit the release of other mediators of inflammation （for instance：prostaglandin）,then play a part in anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
