正交试验法优化鱼腥草多糖水煎煮提取工艺

摘　　要：目的:优选鱼腥草多糖的提取工艺。方法:以多糖得率、多糖含量为指标成分,采用正交试验对鱼腥草多糖的提取工艺进行优选。结果:优化工艺为:90℃水温浸3次,每次2h,醇沉浓度为80%。多糖得率及含量分别为24.7%、27.9%。结论:该工艺合理,多糖成分提取完全,具有较好的经济效益。Objective： To optimize the preparative procedure for polysaccharide of Houttuynia cordata. Methods：The optimum conditions of extraction process for polysaccharide of Houttuynia cordata was selected with the yield and polysaccharides content and marked by orthogonal experimental design. Results： The optimize preparative procedure was as follows ：The Houttuynia cordata was extracted at temperature of 90℃,3 times,2 hours per time and precipitated with 80% ethanol. The polysaccharides yield and content were 24.7 % and 27.91%. Conclusion：The optimum preparative procedure is reliable. Polysaccharide was extracted completely. It had high economy benefit .
