摘  要:目的:优选鱼腥草多糖的提取工艺。方法:以多糖得率、多糖含量为指标成分,采用正交试验对鱼腥草多糖的提取工艺进行优选。结果:优化工艺为:90℃水温浸3次,每次2h,醇沉浓度为80%。多糖得率及含量分别为24.7%、27.9%。结论:该工艺合理,多糖成分提取完全,具有较好的经济效益。Objective: To optimize the preparative procedure for polysaccharide of Houttuynia cordata. Methods:The optimum conditions of extraction process for polysaccharide of Houttuynia cordata was selected with the yield and polysaccharides content and marked by orthogonal experimental design. Results: The optimize preparative procedure was as follows :The Houttuynia cordata was extracted at temperature of 90℃,3 times,2 hours per time and precipitated with 80% ethanol. The polysaccharides yield and content were 24.7 % and 27.91%. Conclusion:The optimum preparative procedure is reliable. Polysaccharide was extracted completely. It had high economy benefit .
