摘　　要：近年来,随着何首乌的综合开发利用,其野生资源日益匮乏,何首乌人工繁殖和栽培显得尤为重要。结合近年来对何首乌的研究情况,总结了何首乌生物学特性、成分与药理以及人工繁殖和栽培技术方面的研究现状,并对今后的研究工作进行了探讨。With the comprehensive use of the Polygonum multiflorum Thunb in recent years,its wild resources were scarce,So it was important to develop cultivation technique of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. The author summarized up the lastest research situation of biological characteristics, pharmacological effect and cultivation technology of Polygonum multiflorttm Thunb, which based on the research development of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb in China and the research works. And what would be done in the future was discussed.
