罗田茯苓种质资源的保护与利用

摘　　要：对湖北罗田茯苓种质资源及其综合利用方面进行了调查研究,结果显示罗田茯苓在栽培技术、种植环境、种质资源等方面和其他地区相比具有明显的优势,罗田可以作为茯苓规范化种植示范点和茯苓中药材生产质量管理规范(GAP)生产基地选址。开展罗田茯芩种质资源的调查研究,以期在选择优良品种、提高茯苓产量、发展新技术、提高生物多样性及其生态系统的稳定性等方面为茯苓种质资源的保护与利用提供新的依据,并在了解茯苓种质资源基本情况的基础上,对茯苓资源采取有效的保护措施,保护其生态环境及其生物多样性,达到茯苓资源可持续发展利用的目的。The utilization of resources related with Poria cocos planting in Laotian was investigated. Results showed that there existed superiority in its planting technology more in Luotian than other areas,environmental resource and other aspects, which means it might be taken as standard planting and sample for the location of production base of Poria cocos GAP to be selected and it could also provide the experience and technology for Poria cocos production in other places. In order to obtain a better development of species-selecting, Poria cocos output-increasing, new technology and economy-developing, the improvement of biodiversity and the stability of ecosystem etc., the experiment in Laotian provided a new basis for the protection of Poria cocos upon the basis of Poria cocos resource. We should take effective measures to protect Poria cocos ,resource,environment and biodiversity for sustainable development and utilization of germplasm resources of Poria cocos.
