摘　　要：作者报道了６１例三维门静脉双螺旋ＣＴ造影结果。该方法在所有的患者均能显示肠系膜上静脉、脾静脉、门静脉主干及其分支。在３例肝癌、２例肝癌术后及４例门静脉高压，三维门静脉双螺旋ＣＴ造影结果与肠系膜上动脉、门静脉造影和外科手术所见一致，表明三维门静脉双螺旋ＣＴ造影是一种安全而又可靠的显示门静脉系统的方法。Abstract:In this study, results of noninvasive portography in 61 cases by using 3-dimentional twin spiral CT were reported. The trunk of portal vein and its intrahepatic branches of first degree, the superior mesenteric vein,and the splenic vein were clearly delineated in all patients. The value of this noninvasive portography was proved by superior mesenteric angiography and DSA portography, and /or laparotomy. 3-dimentional twin spiral CT portography is reliable,safe way in delineating portal vein and its branches.
