摘　　要：目的检测胎盘组织中转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-beta1,TGF-β1)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinases-2,MMP-2)的表达,探讨其与妊娠期高血压疾病发病的关系。方法用免疫组化法对20例正常孕妇和40例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(其中妊娠期高血压20例,子痫前期轻度10例、重度10例)胎盘中TGF-β1和MMP-2进行检测。结果妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中TGF-β1的表达明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01),而MMP-2的表达明显低于正常妊娠组(P<0.05)。结论胎盘组织中TGF-β1的表达升高以及MMP-2的低表达与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病有关。Objective To detect TGF-β1 and MMP-2 in the placenta in order to evaluate the relation of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods TGF-β1 and MMP-2 expression in twenty normal and forty hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy placenta （20 cases of hypertension complicating pregnancy, 10 cases of mild and 10 cases of severe preeclampsia）was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The TGF-β1 expression levels in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were all significantly higher than those of normal pregnancy group （P 〈 0.01）, but the MMP-2 were all significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The elevated expression of TGF-β1 and the decreased expression of MMP-2 in the placenta may play an important role in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
