摘  要:目的为缓解护理人力资源不足,提高病人对护理工作的满意度。方法成立以提供基础护理为主的临床支持中心,下设5个责任组,即送检组、护送组、助护组、基护组、陪护组,编制护士长1名,隶属护理部。结果临床支持中心运行两年来,全院护理差错率及投诉率逐年下降,病人对护理工作的满意度稳步提升。结论临床支持中心适应"以病人为中心"的护理模式需求,保证了临床各项护理工作的有序进行。Objective To alleviate the shortage of nursing staff and increase patients' satisfaction. Methods A clinical assistant center with a head nurse directed by nursing department was set up ,which consisted of five groups, including delivery group for specimens, escort group for patients, assistant care group;primary care group,and accompany group. Results In the two years since the setting up of the assistant center,the nursing errors and patients' complaints were reduced and patients' satisfaction was increased. Conclusions The clinical assistant center meets the demands of “patient-centered” nursing mode ,and can ensure nursing works to be finished effectively and orderly.
