摘　　要：目的对前列腺癌根治术后患者的控尿功能进行评估,并对其进行康复训练,使其恢复控尿能力,从而改善患者的生活质量。方法选取前列腺癌根治术后患者35例,对其中14例发生尿失禁患者进行术后控尿功能康复训练,经过1～6(1.15±0.87)个月的训练,恢复完全控尿。结果与继往同种术后发生尿失禁未做康复训练的患者进行比较,缩短了尿失禁发生的持续时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌根治术后发生尿失禁患者控尿功能恢复,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the methods and effect of urination assessment and rehabilitation training for patients with radical prostatectomy,in order to promote the recovery of urination,and improve patients＇ quality of life. Method 35 patients with radical prostatectomy received urination assessment and 14 patients with urine incontinence received rehabilitation training for one to six months. Result This practice shortened the duration of urine inconti- nence for patients with radical prostatectomy（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The urination assessment and rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of u-rination and improve patients＇ quality of life.
