摘　　要：介绍了圆网防印印花的工艺流程、硫酸铵防白浆、白涂料防白浆和涂料色防印花浆的工艺处方和工艺中注意事项,通过活性染料的筛选,发现一般防印印花中不宜使用K型活性染料,而以M型更适合,且印花后宜选择高温焙固法固色,而不是汽蒸法固色。This paper introduces the technological process, the recipes of white resist paste of ammonium sulfate, white resist paste of white pigment and resist paste of pigments, as well as matters needing attention in rotary screen printing. It is said that in normal resist printing, M type reactive dyes are more appropriate than K type, and for fixation, high temperature curing is superior to steaming.
