摘　　要：针对传统还原蒸箱存在的消耗多、污染大和布面挂液等问题,开发了MH737固色蒸箱,阐述了该蒸箱的组成、结构特点及主要性能。实践表明,采用MH737固色蒸箱可提高织物染色得色率,减少化学药剂用量和排污量,染色品质优良。In order to overcome the problems of conventional hydrosulfite ager, MH 737 ager for fixation is developed. The units, structural characteristics and main properties are introduced. Practice shows that the dyeings feature higher color yield and better quality if fixation process is carried out in MH 737 steamer, addition of chemicals and burden on environment are lowered.
